- Service requests: when you use our contact form we collect your name, mobile phone number, city or ZIP code, the service you need, your message and, if you choose to give it, your email address.
- Call and text sign-up: when you sign up for calls and text messages on our Text updates page or tick the optional call and text consent box on the contact form, we collect your name and mobile number, and we record the date and time, the page you used, your IP address and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text 727-628-POOL · (727) 628-7665 we receive your phone number and the content of your messages.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and to schedule and provide pool service.
- If you opted in, to call you and send text messages about service scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates and replies to your inquiries.
- To keep a record of your consent to calls and text messages and any opt-out.
We only use your details to reply to you and to provide our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information, calls and text messaging
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and consent to receive calls and text messages, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers only to operate our phone line, text messaging and email (for example, our phone and messaging carrier and our email provider). They process your information only to deliver our messages and not for their own marketing.

How long we keep information
